  • “Customer” by registering in the system agrees to provide information to “Customer”, to provide services to “Customer”, receive, store and process “Customer” data (User name, identification number, e-mail address, telephone number, contact person’s name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address) for direct marketing purposes in connection with the services provided to the “Customer”, the products supplied, the innovations introduced in the “Company” and special offers.
  • The said consent is considered issued by the “Customer” at the end of the registration process in the “System” and after the electronic signature on the given rule.
  • The “customer”/natural person indicated in the registration form may at any time request the “Company” to correct, update, add, block, delete or destroy the processing of his personal data by any means of communication – by calling the call center: +995598556088, by sending written notification at the following address Tbilisi, Akaki Beliashvili Street N104, or by sending an e-mail to [email protected]. If they are incomplete, inaccurate, not updated or if their collection and processing was carried out against the law.
